Our change occurs in milestones. The M-F-A plan is covered over a 3 year process. The see is planted and rooted after 1 year of our program, which facilitates an internal change and growth.

Each year we take our participant on a local or international trip. We do an intense trip, nationally or internationally. During year 1, the M-F-A process, allows for the participant to experience new cultures and ideas that will aid them in developing a holistic world view.

After year 2, the participant grows with more responsibility and is able to take on a mentorship position that will help them grow as a leader.

During the final year, the participant will develop a sense of project management and an ability to lead the any program in the future. The participant will become a pillar in any field they select.
